RegTechDemo provides an automated regulatory analysis tool ("The Terminal") for financial promotions. Our AI engine identifies potential breaches of FCA COBS 4, PRIN 2A, and PS23/6. The service is provided for guidance and rapid screening only.
2. NO LEGAL ADVICE
The results provided by The Terminal do not constitute legal advice or formal compliance sign-off. Final determination of regulatory compliance remains the sole responsibility of the firm and its compliance officers.
DATA PRIVACY
Assets submitted for scan are processed in real-time. We do not use your proprietary ad copy or media to train general-purpose models. All processing is GDPR compliant.

RegTechDemo is not liable for any regulatory fines or enforcement actions resulting from campaigns screened through our platform.
